    How to register a new phone number device?
    If you are a first time user , you can register your phone number in "Register Phone Number" function; If you are a returning user , you can click the "New Device" option in menu, and register your phone number in "Register Phone Number" function; after getting the one-time PIN, by which you can login in the Mobile Banking.

    How to configure your existing devices?
    If you are a returning user, you have to select a phone number in "Cell #" dropdown list at first, and later do the configuration.

    How to reset your one-time PIN?
    Click the "Reset PIN" option in menu, and then click "Reset PIN and Device Identification Data" button, the new PIN will be shown on page "Set One-time PIN."

    How to select your available accounts which would be shown in your WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) bank?
    Click the "Select Sub Accounts" option in menu, and select the sub accounts which you would like to show in your Mobile Banking, and then clicking the "save" button to save the changes you have made.

    How to Configure the available service in Mobile Banking?
    Click the "MB Service Configuration" option in menu, and then choose the service that you want to show in your Mobile Banking, and then clicking the "Save" button to save the changes you have made.

    How to delete an existing device?
    Click the "Delete Device" option in menu, and then click the "Delete" button, all your information of this device would be deleted.

    Where is the URL I will use on my phone?
    You can send this directly to your phone by logging into On-line Banking, selecting More Features, then selecting the Mobile Banking option. Select the Reset Pin option and click the button to send the link to your phone.
